On June 14th we celebrated with a Groundbreaking ceremony for Fifty West in Clermont. This new office building will be a sight to see as it’s the first of its kind in the Southeast United States. Constructed out of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) and wrapped in glass, this project will be 29,000 sq ft. consisting of premium retail space on the ground floor and executive commercial office space on the second and third floors.
