In 2002, brothers John and George Schmid joined together to found Schmid Construction. Since then, the company has grown exponentially into one of the largest general contractors in Central Florida.

A family-oriented company from humble beginnings, we started with three employees and focused on small medical and retail projects. Through the years, we are proud to have been selected to build exceptional buildings throughout the Southeast – with extensive experience on projects ranging from automotive dealerships and commercial retail centers to medical facilities and industrial distribution centers.
